Work Force Management – Team Leader
We are looking for charismatic, dynamic, electrifying Team Leader for our goal driven team
• Administration of WFM Tool
• Ability to lead and conduct weekly and daily staffing review meetings, forecast/ scheduling analysis/intraday analysis, weekly performance.
• Managing employee information, scheduling process, discretionally activities.
• Degree in Business Management or equivalent degree
• Minimum experience of 3 years in Call Center, 2 years of workforce management OR Equivalent
