Job Title: Training and Performance Section Manager
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for organizing and controlling the training and development program’s based onictQATAR’Sand individual needs. The appointee will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day to day operations of the section and will also provide operational and strategic leadership, evaluate training needs assessments and recommend training programs. Knowledge in development plans and Qatarizationwould be an advantage.
Specific Responsibilities include:
- Evaluate training/instructional materials, teaching aids and devices such as educational video/film, course books, etc.
- Ensure that the annual performance appraisal cycle follows established policies and procedures
- Administer the scholarship program and report its progress
- Administer succession planning and National Development programs
Qualifications
- Overall experience of 7 years is required with a minimum of 3years’ experience in training and performance management functions.
- Bachelor degree is essential and a Master’s degree in or training is desirable as are strong management, negotiation and leadership skills.
- Qatari national only.
