Supervisor (HVAC / Plumbing / Fire Fighting / Electrical / Civil / Welder / Ducting )
Arabian MEP provides a complete range of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services though highly experienced Engineering & Project Management team fully complying to time, cost and quality requirements of projects.
Qualification Required : Strong Team leadership and Management Skills.
Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to work long hours, if situation demands.
Ability to work in a collaborative and diverse team environment.
Minimum 5-8 years Experience in related field of specifications.
Job Description :
Shall have the primary responsibility to efficiently and effectively supervise and oversee team of multi discipline technicians in the day to day activities involved in completion of Projects.
Supervisor – HVAC: The Employee responsibility includes Supervision of site installation activities related to complete HVAC Projects including DX Systems Chilled water piping, ductworks, HVAC equipment installation, water balancing, air balancing, assistance during testing, commissioning and handling over etc. The employee should be able to read shop drawings, prepare material take off, coordinate with Stores, / Procurement dept. to arrange materials and effectively use the material at site avoiding wastage and effective utilization of manpower.
Supervisor - Piping : Employee responsibility includes Supervision of Pipe Fitters / Plumbers to carry out all aspects of piping works, related to chilled water piping, sprinkler piping, hot & cold water piping / plumbing works, compressed air piping, fabrication of supports, steel structure, pressure testing of piping, etc. Employee shall also carryout supervision of installation of Mechanical equipments like Chillers, AHU, FCU, Pumps, Tanks, etc.
Supervisor - Plumbing : The Employee scope of work includes supervising a small group of plumbers in your job site in addition to your routine plumber job and all aspects of industrial / commercial / residential plumber job including but not limited to carrying out fixing of all types of pipings, such as PPR, PEX, GI, BI, PVC, Copper, etc. Fixing of Piping accessories such as valves, strainers, flexible connectors, etc. fixing of sanitary fittings, accessories such as water closet, wash basin, urinal etc., conducting testing / commissioning etc.,
Supervisor – Fire Fighting : The Employee responsibility includes but not limited to all aspects of project management and supervision of Fire Fighting works including planning, design, submittals, site supervision, testing, commissioning, and handover including collection of receivables.
Supervisor – Electrical: The Employee responsibility includes supervision and planning of site installation activities related to complete Electrical works including Electrical equipment installation, testing, commissioning and handing over etc. Your should also be involved in coordinating with Main Contractor / Consultant during site inspection, quantity take – off, material ordering (MR), site storage, supervision of site workers performance, Health & Safety (HSE), QA / QC etC.
Supervisor - CIVIL : The Employee responsibility includes Supervision of Civil works, you will be assigned in-house civil construction projects which include Construction of Multi story accommodation blocks, store, warehouse, maintenance works in labour camps etc.,
Supervisor - Welder : Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in welding and cutting of products and structures, such as auto, aircraft, and ship components, pipes, boilers, and mobile homes, applying knowledge of welding and cutting techniques, materials, and equipment, and fabrication requirements: Analyzes work orders and blueprints to determine need for supplies and sequence of operations required.
Supervisor - Ducting :The Employee responsibility includes Supervision of Ducting Works, employee should work “independently” by reading the ducting shop drawings and carryout assembling and installation of AC duct work complete with necessary supports, hangers, fixing duct accessories, etc.
