GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Setting out (marking the position of structures) and leveling the site;
Surveying the site;
Checking drawings and quantities and ensuring that the calculations are accurate for the work;
Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant for use in the construction, and agreeing process for items;
Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet an agreed programme of deadlines;
Liaising with any consultants and/or sub-contractors engaged in the project;
Attending regular meetings with clients, architects and consultants, and keeping them informed of progress;
Supervising and monitoring the site labour force and monitoring the work of any subcontractors;
Overseeing quality control and safety matters on the site, and ensuring that regulations are adhered to;
Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise;
Obligation to take part of the site Management Team, sharing responsibility for site security, health and safety.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Three (3) to Five (5) years [Standard] of full time professional experience;
Preference will be given to candidates whose experience is with a construction firm;
Good communication skills /or can speak fluently in English or can speak and understand Arabic dialect is advantage;
Computer literate in MS Office, AutoCAD and other related software’s in the field;
With strong leadership and can work in minimal supervision/or independent;
Must be 30 to 35 years old;
GCC experience is a great advantage.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineer (Licensed);
