RETAIL STORE MANAGER
An experienced Retail Store Manager is required for a new stationary and gift store that will be opening in Doha Festival City mall. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for maximising sales and profitability within the store through excellent visual and customer service standards and the effective management of the store team.
Required skills& experience:
• Minimum of 2 years Qatar based experience in similar field.
• Previous shop floor management experience in a high turnover store (essential)
• Strong communication, coaching and development skills in order to establish a high-performance team. Being bilingual will be a plus point (English & Arabic).
• A good understanding of the Stationery and Gifting sector is not essential, but would be an advantage.
RETAIL SALES ASSISTANTS
Retail Sales Assistants are required for a new stationary and gift store that will be opening in Doha Festival City mall. To be successful you’ll need to be outgoing and warm, able to build a rapport with our customers to fully understand what they need and help them find what they’re looking for from our extensive range of products.
Required skills & experience:
• Minimum 2 years Qatar based retail experience.
• Should be able to promote high visual merchandising standards; ensuring that store housekeeping standards are continually achieved.
• Ability to multitask and effectively manage time.
