A REPUTED CONSTRUCTION COMPANY IN DOHA REQUIRES FOR THEIR CARPENTRY & JOINERY FACTORY QUANTITY SURVEYORS - 2 NOS
Responsibilities:Preparation of Quotations with Bill of Quantities.Dealing with incoming enquiries and assisting in obtaining projects related regulatory permits.Advising on procurement strategy.Providing advice on variation claims.Analyzing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports.Evaluating completed works and invoices preparation. Maintaining awareness of the different building contracts in current use.
Qualifications: Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering.Must have a minimum experience of 5 years with excellent knowledge in joinery and interior fit-out works.Perfect knowledge of material is a must.Good knowledge of cost and commercial management through the design, tender, fabrication and
