Base Requirements
Education: Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Languages: Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in written and spoken English
Informative Systems: MSOffice Package (Word, Excel, Power Point), Windows Operating System
Work experience: 15 years minimum
Age: 35 years → on
NOC mandatory

 Competence and Skills
Ability to employ a variety of methods in the pursuit of quality management and should have the knowledge of pursuing accreditation to an international quality standard, such as ISO.
Competence in generating work instructions, company procedures for use by the organization and submission to client.
Ability to generate Non-conformance Reports (NCR) to activities not conforming to project specifications and monitor detailed action plans for close-out.
Prepare and Maintain Quality Manual for the Organization
Implement Quality System to the Project
He should be able to conduct Internal Quality Audit and review/prepare analysis of generated NCR’s, complaints and audit.
Arrange with third party inspectors for necessary testing.
Arrange materials documentation requirements and submits to Client Inspection Department for acceptance.
 Role Description
Reporting to upper management i.e. General Manager as well as managing departments employee’s and interacts with other production managers and workers.
The general focus involves in determining and implementing policies designed to put satisfactory products and services into the hands of customers
He will be responsible for directing a firm's inspection and testing program, as well as its proactive quality assurance procedures designed to prevent defects or improve performance.
