QA/QC Manager
Base Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s/College Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Work experience: 10 years minimum Competence and Skills
• Ability to employ variety of methods in the pursuit of quality management and knowledgeable of pursuing accreditation to an international quality standard. • Competence in generating work instructions and company procedures • Ability to generate Non-conformance Reports (NCR) and monitor detailed action plans for close-out. • Prepare and Maintain Quality Manual for the organization. • Implement Quality System to the project. • Ability to conduct Internal Quality Audit and review/prepare analysis of generated NCR’s, complaints and audit.
• Arrange with third party inspectors for necessary testing.
• Arrange materials documentation requirements and submits to Client Inspection Department for acceptance. Role Description
• The QA/QC Manager will manage department employees and interact with other Department Managers and workers. • Determine and implement policies designed to meet the International Quality Standard.
• Responsible for directing company’s inspection and testing program and proactive quality assurance procedures to prevent mistakes or improve performance.
