PROJECT SECRETARY

 • Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction industry- experience working with consultant is an advantage 
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Engineering or any other related field.
• Knowledge of engineering and construction terminology. 
• Must be efficient in secretarial/administration support service to the project manager,  project team and other managers as required, and
 documentation, in a timely manner. 
• Prepare correspondence, memos proposals, specifications, reports, organization  charts, spreadsheets and presentations including typing, formatting, collation and  distribution. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
