Job Description :
Grade A Construction Contracting Company has required the following engineering staff on Urgent basis :
1. PROJECT MANAGER : 1 NO.
• B. Sc. in Civil/ or Architectural Engineering
• Experience 10-15 years (minimum) in the relevant field.
• Excellent in English Language
• Excellent in Construction Project Management
• Excellent in Contracts Administration
2. ARCHITECTURAL ENGINEER/ ARCHITECT : 1 NO.
• B. Sc. in Architectural Engineering
• Experience 10 years (min.) in the relevant field.
• Fluency in Professional English Language
• Full knowledge of preparing detailed construction shop drawings, Design/proposals, with sufficient working knowledge in design software (Auto-Cad, 3D maxPhotoshop)
3. TECHNICAL OFFICE ENGINEERS : 2 NOS.
• B. Sc. in Civil/ or Architectural Engineering
• Experience 5-7 years in Engineering Technical Works
• Professional Fluency in English Language, having
technical writing skills and capability for performing all
technical office related works.
4. QUANTITY SURVEYORS : 2 NOS.
• B. Sc./ or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Experience more than 5 years in Construction Works

✦ For all the above-mentioned required categories; Visa transferable/ NOC from the previous Sponsor is a must and Visa under Husband Sponsorship or Father Sponsorship is not acceptable.
