Qualification:B. Sc. in Architecture / Architectural Engineering with minimum 15 years extensive experience in engineering firms. Good knowledge of prevailing codes and standards, planning and scheduling, contract management and mitigation, change management and project controls. Good technical abilities to review the technical integrity of plans, details and specifications. Experienced in fast track projects and international contracts. Able to review tender requirements and contractual conditions, work schedules, resource planning, performance chart, project monitoring for resources load and productivity including proper coordination of drawings with all involved disciplines, QA/QC, financial concerns and reports.
