Presales Consultant - Telecom (Code: PCT1110)
Profile: Ability to understand telecom requirements & conceptualize end to end solution.Presales, Proposal Management & Bid Management – With hands on experience and extensive experience around Telecom OSS and BSS systems; responsibilities and ownership of all techno commercial bids, software licensing models, proposals and quotes for the organization.Own proposals & bids in BSS space (Telecom Mediation, Billing & Customer Care, Interconnect solution, Revenue assurance, ERP, Business Intelligence & Partner Products; switch integration, Custom application development, Application Management services, Migrations, Professional Services, Managed Service Operations etc.);Manage contract related and commercial negotiations with prospective client/s and partners. Manage, prepare, recommend and oversee contractual and legal aspects of the business thereby protecting contractual and legal interests of the organization.Meeting clients so as to understand their needs and anticipated requirements and servicing them with best possible solutions. Managing & delivering product specific presentations and demonstrations to prospects and partners.Ready and willing to work in projects located in other geographies (Arabian Gulf, Middle East & Africa).Ability to work under short deadlines
Skills Required:Should have prior experience of working with either a Telecom Service Provider/ Telecom Equipment Company/IT Company/System Integration company addressing the Telecom Service Provider Market in a Pre-Sales/ Sales Engineering/Post Sales role.Understanding of common COTS products & Telecom Business Processes.Should have good interpersonal and communication skills.Able to support portfolio enhancement / development through effective knowledge of marketplace activity.Able to assess and identify customer objectives and build upon these with winning customer centric solutions and sales themes
Education Needed:Bachelors and/or Masters Engineering Degree / Â MBA preferred from a reputed institute and 4-6 years of telecom experience
