PLANNING MANAGER
Arabian MEP provides a complete range of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services though highly experienced Engineering & Project Management team fully complying to time, cost and quality requirements of projects.
Qualification Required : Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent. 8 years of Experience (of which minimum 5 years experience in Gulf areas).
Job Description :
Reporting to Director-Operations. Employee supervises Planning Engineers / Assistant Planning Engineers.
Responsibilities:
Evolve, develop & implement plan for MEP services inline with master plan
Sequence operations / services / installations have on the site condition / requirements
Submit the plan to client / consultant and obtain the approval
Determine the milestone and closely monitor the program towards set milestones
Plan the man/material/method/machine and report to Project Manager
Monitor the program on a weekly basis
Determine the critical part activities for work area and work discipline
Prepare recovery plan for the deviations
Identify the reported activities which have the critical or potential impact on progress.
Prepare extension of time (EOT) if necessary
Discuss with client / consultant and agree on new completion date based on EOT
Study the time implementation on variation jobs and submit for approval.
