Arab or European candidate with a total of 4+ years of administrative work experience. Preferred University Graduate. Excellent administrative & organization skills. Organizing and coordinating business activities and plans. Excellent multi-tasking ability Proficiently handle highly confidential matters with discretion. Excellent written, verbal and digital communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred). Can handle any other duties if assigned. Taking minutes, travel arrangements, filing, attending calls and answering mails. Proficient with Microsoft Office - MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and the internet.
