Performance & Evaluation Specialist
 

KEY RESULT AREAS
- Ensuring that the performance of QF, HQ and Centers is monitored and evaluated in a comprehensive and systematic manner 
- Continuously improving the performance monitoring and evaluation process based on customer feedback and business needs
- Ensuring the effective execution of an annual performance cycle which integrates with the annual business cycle, as well as key planning or review meetings at the QF Board and QF Exec Board level
- Ensuring appropriate KPI’s are in place for QF and its various entities and that these effectively populate the multi-layered QF scorecard
- Recommend the agreement of performance targets of centers / directorates
- Manage the timely provision of performance data from QF divisions, centres and directorates and ensure all required data is obtained
- Engage stakeholders across QF in the setting of common KPIs (e.g. Qatarization) and in the use of other related scorecards within QF (e.g. shared services)
- Prepare performance data and analysis for regular reports on QF performance at agreed intervals according to the annual cycle for the President and QF Exec Board
- Lead performance evaluations for centers as per an agreed schedule or as required by senior management
- Ensure that performance targets are cascaded throughout the Foundation as required
- Escalate corporate performance issues to senior management (SPD and then the President) preparing the various reports and commentaries as required
- Engage under-performing entities to identify corrective action plans to improve performance
- Maintaining quality management processes and documentation for corporate performance processes
- Ensuring smooth and timely coordination of logistics of the annual corporate performance processes and manage the deployment of SPD resources as required
- Ensuring effective coordination between the planning and monitoring processes, particularly around the establishment of KPIs
- High customer satisfaction with the corporate performance processes
- Providing assistance to SPD, in the form of analysis and strategy development, on strategy projects and engagements as required
- Engaging in the monitoring of external national level indicators 
- Liaising with IT regarding any technical issues with scorecard software
- Support the business planning process in QF as needed
