Operations Assistant - Shipping
MAIN ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinating with internal and external clients for shipping related jobs in an efficient and professional manner
• Preparing documents, doing follow up and updating relevant parties, systems and reports in a swift and accurate manner
• Providing excellent customer service as a focal contact point to assigned clients
• Communicating efficiently and effectively with all parties concerned
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:
• Preferably prior experience in the Shipping/ Ship handling industry
• Very well organized, team spirited personality and ability to coordinate operations in depth with all concerned parties
• Ability to focus and multitask in a fast paced environment
• Precise verbal and written communication style in English
• Well versed PC skills and ability to handle all common MS programs
• Passionate about the job and flexible with regards to working hours
• Preferably a University Degree/ or Diploma in the related subject and minimum
