About the Business Unit:
The Service Experience team is responsible for definition, supervision, maintenance and implementation of requirements that ensure Ooredoo provides a premium world-class end-user experience across Ooredoo’s products and services portfolio and consists of 2 sub sections: Service Excellence and Tactical Initiatives. The function is responsible for quality control of all customer linked processes spanning across multiple organization verticals to ensure delivery of a best in class Customer Experience across these processes through the respective department.
About the Role:
The role holder is responsible for development and management of product requirements and policies related to product performance and end-user experience with the focus on optimization, simplification and enhancements.
About the Candidate:
You should have at least 10 years overall experience in Management & Product Roles in which 6 years is with a telecom operator in a product or Service Experience capacity. You should have experience working with cross functional departments on technical and customer management issues and good knowledge on processes, telco systems, platforms and user experience interactions.
You should possess a Bachelor degree in Engineering, Marketing, Science or equivalent. Fluent in English and Arabic preferred
