Well reputed business Group in Qatar URGENTLY looking for:MANAGER SALES & MARKETING
Responsibilities:
Develops business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Executives. Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales and marketing.
Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports Submitted by Sales Executives. Job Specifications:
3-5 years of Extensive experience of Sales in a Trading & Contracting Co. in Qatar.
Strong understanding of Customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
MBA Degree specialized in Marketing will be an added advantage.
