Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base & ensure it’s strong presence in order to achieve sales goals & profitability.
- Identify emerging markets & market shifts while being fully aware of new products & competition status, & finding new suppliers for these products.
- Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
- Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales Executives.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Ability for research & development.
Job Specifications:
- 5-10 years of Extensive experience of Sales in a Trading Co. in Qatar.
- Must have experience in lighting field (E.g., Chandeliers, Indoor & Outdoor Lighting).
- Strong understanding of Customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
- Must have strong Business Communication and Leadership Skills.
