LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Job Role :
• The primary objective of this role is identifying training and development needs within the organisation through completion of training needs analysis through mediums such as appraisals, regular consultation with heads of service, the leadership team et cetera
• Assist the Group Leadership Development Manager in developing, and designing the Performance Management and Skill Profiling Program
Person Specifications :
•Bachelor’s degree. HR or Business Administration is preferred.
•CIPD or PHR accreditation’s an advantage
•At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in Human Resources with a minimum of 1-2 years in Learning & Development.
•Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage
•Knowledge in the best practices of Training.
•Computer Literate, and able to adapt to new platforms when required
