Base Requirements
Education : Bachelor’s Degree/Higher Diploma/Diploma
Languages: Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English. Other European language is an advantage.
Informative Systems : MSOffice Package (Word, Excel, Power Point), Windows Operating System
Work experience: 5 years minimum
Age: 30 years → on

Competence and Skills
Liasing with colleagues, key spokespeople and must have a good knowledge in communicating and answering enquiries from an individual or group of persons. He also communicates all new laws or rules issued by the Government.
Keep records of personnel for visas, labor cards, and other important documents. Also, maintains absolute confidentiality of records.
Process all required documents in Arabic and attest pertinent papers prior to approval.
Competence in managing and coordinating the Public Relation aspect of a potential crisis situation.
√ He should be an outgoing person as he has to interact with lots of people, such as government agencies and other private sectors for issues like public or private documentation, resolving any crisis situation and any other aspects related to the company.
Good knowledge about the psychology of the public would help in understanding and planning what kind of strategy would work with a particular group of people.
He should be capable enough to deal with problems, without causing damage to the reputation of the company.
Role Description
Reports to the General Manager and manages the flow of information to the company or an individual.
Responsible for Processing all pertinent documents in reference to the criteria of immigration office, ministry of labor, government offices, ministry of foreign affairs in compliance with the laws and regulations.
He also serves as the spokesperson to develop and uphold the prestige of the company or organization he works for.
