-Ensuring that the performance of Loydence Group staff (200), and subsidiary company staff are monitored and evaluated in a comprehensive and systematic manner -Continuously striving to improve the performance of Staff and lead performance evaluations for relevant staff. -Maintaining complete management processes and documentation for successor. Identify, design, develop and implement general HR strategies -Take an active role in providing relevant support to staff and managers on all staff related matters within Loydence Group whilst influencing, developing and motivating the employees. -Responsible for recruitment throughout Loydence Group and subsidiaries this will entail: staff identification, offer letters, visa’s, resident work permits, maintaining wage budget. -Being accountable for the overall leadership and management of Human Resource department to relevant management and Director.
