Division:  ICT Government Programs

Job Description:Responsible for all aspects related to the usage of the Government Portal and online services. Also, responsible to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time. In addition, the incumbent will develop strategies, plan and awareness campaigns for Government Portal Services.

Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Provides a single point of contact for the stakeholders in identifying, organizing and articulating feedback on services provided.
  • Coordinate activities directly related to new services or providing services through the Government Portal.
  • Develop strategies, plan, implementing marketing and awareness campaigns for Government Portal Services.
  • Setting usability/Accessibility standards for online services.
  • Manage UATs, Quality assurance for new online services, and published contents.
  • Oversee and manage marketing and promotional activities for the Government Portal coordinating with other department/ section managers as required.

Desirable Skills and Competencies:

  • Bachelor Degree, preferably in Information systems.
  • 10+ yrs experience in Portal/online services Management.
  • 5 yrs minimum experience in managerial position
  • Knowledge of IT standards and methodologies (ITIL, PMI, etc.)
  • Knowledge in Business analysis and Process Mapping
  • Preferred Qatari nationality
