Job Description :
The candidate has at least 12 years of professional experience in the same position, possibly with industrial Companies in Qatar. The position requires the complete knowledge of administrative and financial procedures and operations, from coordination of daily registrations until the redaction of annual Financial Statements and all related documents.
The candidate is already able to:
• Coordinate a small administrative team, already deployed
• Understand the financial, commercial and taxation systems in Qatar
• Ensure the smooth daily operation for all administrative and financial transactions
• Guarantee the correct implementation of accountancy principles and rules
• Guarantee that all administrative and financial data are recorded, maintained and shared in a professional and complete manner
• Prepare the Financial Statements (annual and periodical, also in-house) and coordinate for auditing and certification
• Manage the cash flow and payments, ensuring adequate forecasts and reporting
• Manage and maintain the relationships with local Banks and other stakeholders, including governmental departments
• Prepare reports (periodical and ad-hoc), statements, updated analysis
• Maintain the correct connections with other Company departments
• Monitor new laws and regulations in the Country
Qualifications and requirements:
• B.Com and additional qualifications in the administration field
• Professional spoken and written English, also Arabic preferable
• A professional, proactive and mature approach
• Knowledge of accountancy software, specifically Tally
• Excellent knowledge of all MS Office
• Able to communicate at different levels
• Valid Qatar driving license.
