FEMALE SECRETARY (Filipina)
• Must have minimum 5 years Secretarial Work experience in lieu with ISO systems requirements.
• Maintain well-organized files and ensure confidential information and documents are handled with complete discretion.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact with all levels of staff and
management, ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
• Prepare Memorandums, Letters and other Correspondence
• Excellent Organizational and Administrative Skills.
• Required Post-Secondary Diploma and / or university Graduation & well versed with MS office packages.
• Ability to perform duties with a High Degree of accuracy, independence and
Confidentiality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
