Base Requirements
Education: Bachelor's/College Degree in Instrumentation Engineering or 3-year Technical Course
Languages: Good communication skills in English both oral and written
Informative Systems: Knowledge of MSOffice Package (Word, Excel, Power Point), Windows Operating System
Work experience: 5 years minimum
Age: 30 years → on
NOC mandatory
Competence and Skills
Thorough knowledge of the practices, methods, equipment, materials, and tools of the Instrument trade.
Knowledge of Instrument Loop Checking (Open and Close Loop) and Pressure Testing procedure
Knowledge of site and shop calibration of field instruments in line with Project Specification and Standards.
Knowledge of supervisory principles, practices, and techniques.
Skill in estimating time and material requirements of assigned work projects.
He has the ability to prepare and monitor the acquisition and use of materials.
Schedules, assigns, plans, and monitors the activities of Instrument personnel performing a variety of Instrument works within the approved Project schedule.
Maintain documentation necessary to verify that the work performed meets contractual requirements.
Participate in Safety walk-downs and audits. Also, carry out surveillance and inspection including approval of testing as deemed necessary.
Role Description
Reporting to Instrument Superintendent and performs all related tasks that will help complete the project.
Responsible for monitoring site construction activities to ensure that discipline related activities, including material and equipment receipt, storage and installations are accomplished in full compliance with the HSE procedures, Project Specifications and Standards.
He ensures that the quality of material and installation of work is in accordance with the acceptance criteria identified for the project.
