A reputed group in Qatar with activities across GCC in Fashion and F&B Retail is looking for the following positions to be placed immediately.
Divisional Marketing Head – 2 Positions Divisional Marketing Head are responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. Should possess adequate experience in digital marketing for developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products and/or services. He or she plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website and social media traffic and acquiring leads/ customers. Should shoulder overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity. Prepare online and print marketing campaigns. Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications. Create a wide range of different marketing materials. Work closely with designers and assisting with new product launches. Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives. Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing. Should hold Bachelor degree in Marketing or be a qualified chartered marketer. Strong analytical and project management skills. Confident and dynamic personality. Strong creative outlook. Arabic copy writing skills is must.
Operational Managers – 2 Positions An operations manager is a senior role which involves overseeing the production of goods and/ or provision of services. It's an operations manager's job to make sure an organization is running as well as it possibly can, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers and clients.
Food & Beverages: The duties of an operations manager generally include: managing quality assurance, supervising, monitoring existing processes and analyzing their effectiveness; and creating strategies to improve productivity and efficiency. Operations include upkeeping hygiene, food safety, customer relations and service, inventory control, waste management, sales and finances. Creating a work schedule, hiring new employees and training staff are all duties a chain of restaurant operations manager can perform. Tasks also include ordering, financial planning, supervising employees, maintaining sanitation standards in public areas and kitchen or beverage preparation areas, and monitoring safety.
Fashion Retail: Retail operations manager is responsible for making sure that all stores under his or her leadership are staffed correctly at all times. They provide employee operations manuals to store managers and help to provide employee training when necessary. Balancing the requirements of the senior retail team within the fashion brand with the practical reality of retail store management needs and ensuring all retail plans have considered the reality of 'store world' are also the responsibility. Oversight of inventory, purchasing and supplies is central to the job. Human resources tasks include determining needs, hiring employees, overseeing assignment of employees and planning staff development. All mechanisms to keep the store functioning well. It includes a broad spectrum of activities, from people management to the supply chain, store layout, cash operations, physical inventory, master data management, offers and pricing etc.
