Position Title: Contracts Administrator
Business Division: Field Support
Primary Purpose of the Job:Responsible for managing and coordinating day to day planning aspects of tenders and contracts. Coordinate between end users i.e. Job officers and Contracts Department for all queries pertaining to Contract Request Document to ensure that all comments from all parties are included in the contract before finalizing for tendering. Coordinate between end users and Contracts Depart pertaining to issue and dispute on any existing and terminated contracts.Prepare and update daily and weekly tenders and contracts progress and monitoring report, contracts close-out status report, follow up with end users for completion certificate and discharge certificate.Attend Mid tender, kick off meeting and any ad-hoc meetings with contractors to resolve any disputes.Resolve all the problems related to the contracts.
Education:Bachelor's Degree, in any field of Engineering.
Experience & Skills:10 years experience in the field of Planning / tenders & contracts administration.SAP knowledge will be an advantage.Extensive knowledge in Engineering & Multi Discipline maintenance works.Please note that only those applicants selected for interviews will be contacted.
