CONTRACT MANAGER
Educational : Bachelor or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering
Knowledge of FIDIC is desirable
Qualifications : Minimum of 10 years of related experience
With degrees in business law and business administration are particularly desirable
Skills Required:
Must possess a good knowledge and understanding of construction and issues such as building regulations and planning.Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships as well as good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.Excellent communication, presentation and negotiating skills
Knowledge of contracting concepts and contract acquisition law and regulations are essential
Possess strong leadership traits and be competent managers and trainers
Brief Job Description:
Review, develop and implement contract administration procedures, systems and policies in consultation with the Senior Management.Check contract documentation and negotiate contract terms to the best interest of the Company and Client with particular attention to managing future risk.Prepare a budget and cost management plan and updates thereof as necessary for approval by the Client, in coordination with Planning Engineering.
