Contact Center Supervisor - 1 Leading Telecom operating company in Qatar is looking for Proactive team player with leadership qualities to lead and supervise the multinational dynamic and enthusiastic team. Who has through command on Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: • Monitor & report Team’s performance and monthly KPI target. • Deliver the product and related information to customers. • Motivate team to achieve the given targets • Execute customer requests by clarifying necessary information, completing transactions etc. • Maintain high level of professional environment in the call center. Skill set: • At least 8 years of experience in same position in telecom industry. • Bachelor degree or Equivalent • Experience in handling large team • Through knowledge of CRM and Siebel system. IVR Engineer We are looking for young, enthusiastic, dynamic out of box thinker

IVR Engineer;

who is expected to perform the operational support in Fixed Core Team for IVR platform. And ability to manage complex application deliverables with industry best practices and methodologies. Experience in telecom domain is a plus.

Skills Required: • Strong experience in IVR application development using ServIntuit • Strong hands on experience with Java 7, Cisco CVP 10.5 and SQL • Experience with SOAP / REST web services and Messaging Queues, Rabbit MQ • Ability to design solution that is modular and based on MVC framework. • Engineer with 4-6 years of IVR application design. • Academic qualification: Engineering with Computer Science or Equivalent degree.  If you are qualified to apply for this position, please send your CV stating POSITION NAME in the subject line along with a copy of valid QATARI ID.
