A reputable Specialties Contracting Company has an urgent need for the following:
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
• Engineering graduate preferably Civil Engineer with at least 15 years work
experience in Civil Waterproofing Construction Projects. (Gulf experience
an advantage.)
• Support the Project Manager / Project Coordinator for the smooth
progress and successful completion of all Civil Waterproofing Projects
• Adept knowledge and implementation of Quality Management System
• Ability to handle planning, design review, engineering, coordination, etc.
of the projects
QA/QC MANAGER
• Engineering graduate preferably Civil Engineer with at least 10-15
years work experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control with a
Construction Company. (Gulf experience an advantage)
• Adept knowledge and exposure in developing and implementing QA/QC
Manual, Policies, Procedures and Training
• Ability to manage the QA/QC requirements of the company
• Adequate awareness and experience on Health Safety and Environment
(HSE)
• Working knowledge in Auto Cad and MS Office
SITE ENGINEER
• Engineering graduate preferably Civil Engineer with at least 5 years work
experience in Civil Waterproofing Construction Projects. (Gulf experience
an advantage.)
• Must have thorough understanding of construction drawing, project
specifications, scope of work, method statement and project schedule.
• Ability to distribute control, monitoring of the job and reporting to the
Higher Management on a day to day basis.
• Ability to resolve the technical issues with the Client in coordination with
the Management
FOREMAN
• High School graduate with at least 5 years work experience in
Construction Industry inclusive of 3 years work experience as Group Team
Leader. (Experience in Civil Waterproofing projects an advantage.)
• Possess good comprehension to properly and accurately receive the
instructions of the Supervisors and / or Site manager and thereafter,
implement the work among the workers
• Ability to manage the team and motivate each worker to work properly
and finish the work on prescribed schedule and target.
