Job Description :
1. SUPPORT SERVICE CENTRE –SHIFT LEADS (10 NOS.)
• Under graduate degree or equivalent qualification in any similar stream • 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience in Hospital Operations/Emergency Communications (Hospital Emergency Codes) • Fluency in English and Arabic is a must. • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook Operation Center tools experience is plus – SCS (Security Control System), CAFM, Radio Communications, Overhead Paging • Using Reporting Tools
2. SUPPORT SERVICE CENTRE-CONSOLE OPERATORS (20 NOS.)
• Under graduate degree or equivalent qualification in any similar stream • 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience in Hospital Operations/Emergency Communications (Hospital Emergency Codes). • Fluency in English is must and ability to understand Arabic will be added Advantage • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook Operation Center Tools experience is plus – SCS (Security Control System), CAFM, Radio Communications, Overhead Paging • Using Reporting Tools
