Nakheel Landscapes with $500M worth of projects in hand, is looking for a well-seasoned Commercial & Contract Manager to be deployed in its multi-nationally staffed Doha Head-office.
Successful Candidate shall be,
• Degree Qualified (Quantity Surveying, Construction Law, Civil Engineering)
• Must have at least 3 years previous experience in the Middle East
• Have a professional membership with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
• Have a professional membership with Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb)
• Have previous experience in quantity surveying, contract and claims management working on projects valued over $200M
