Job Description :
Job Purpose:
To ensure maximum availability and optimum performance of buildings and its surroundings, mechanical and electrical systems and equipment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assists in organisation of tenders, evaluation, selection and appointment of contractors for various building and facilities maintenance services.
• Liaises with contractors in maintenance programme for building, electrical &mechanical systems including lifts maintenance, landscaping, building interior & exterior, safety & fire alarm system, pest control, housekeeping, air-conditioning management and related matters.
• Reviews, assesses and recommends repairs and replacement works for building, mechanical and electrical systems
• Troubleshoots minor technical / facility problems.
• Supervises carrying out of approved additions and alterations works to the building.

Education : Higher Diploma in Administration or equivalent
Experience : Minimum 4 years of experience of which at least 2 years should be in facilities maintenance coordination role
