About Your Job:
As a Boutique Supervisor you are responsible for the efficient running of the store both front and back of house. You will lead the store team in providing an iconic customer experience, to achieve all company set objectives, maximizing store contribution through exploiting sales & maintaining cost controls.You will undertake sales forecasting and monitoring of inventory levels and achieve sales budgets. As a boutique manager you will also ensure the most effective use of space and stock available to the store by maximizing sales and minimizing wastage of resources. You will manage a team including; in store training, motivation, coaching, development, disciplinary & performance appraisals
About You:
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, a strong leader as well as have very good presentation skills. Ideally you will have more than 5 years experience in the Retail Industry working with luxury brands (Duty Free is an advantage ) with a proven track record and the ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow.You will have direct hands-on experience with retail IT systems with strong analytical and problem solving skills . You should be qualified to a minimum of English Equivalent of 2 ‘O’ levels / Higher Secondary School.
