Experience:Minimum 12 years of working Experience at least 3 years of which should be in M2M at a senior level within a telecommunications company preferably at Group level.Direct experience managing M2M sales organisation,A track record of developing and deploying M2M sales organisations,Strong technology literacy in particular in M2M and all elements of mobile voice and data, fixed voice and data, Hosting/Cloud Services and Unified Communications.Strong consultative and influencing skills are essential for success in the role.Strong track record of people leadership and working in a Group/Operating Company matrix.Experience in emerging markets and MENA is important.
Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Marketing or Technology or similar,MBA would be an added advantage
Skills - Professional and Role Specific:Technical & Non-Technical, Strategy Development,B2B Sales experience in large and complex Enterprise Environment
Ability to work collaboratively with delivery organisations in operating companies.Ability to mobilize an organization in an emerging markets scenario
