Qualifications, experience & skills:A Licenced Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture; Masters Degree holder will be given priority.10 years experience with expert knowledge of real estate, leasing development, construction and building operations, Project Design, Project Engineering of Infrastructure.Proven ability to define, set expectations and lead multiple concurrent projects.Knowledge of real estate market trends and economic conditions.Experience in completion of Project Life Cycle, Project Management or Facilities management.Must have worked on International Projects in past experiences (GGC region a must).
Experience in all aspects of multi-discipline projects.Knowledge in HVAC installation, Mechanical maintenances Must have experience, working on Tenders Contracts and Consultants in the past.Excellent Management, Negotiation & relationship skills. Must be able to lead a team fairly.Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.Demonstrated ability to resolve business problems in new ways and clarifies issues in complex situations.
Financial & IT skills – Capable of making complex reports for Board / Manager review.Aware of procedures followed at Civil Defence Department / Ministry of Municipality Urban Planning.Aware of new designing & project management tools – CAD, PRIMEVERA etc.Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
Professional presentation skills & strong business acumen.Candidates working in Retail / FMCG Construction /Maintenance Projects will be given priority.Aware of Cultural Sensitivities and exhibit a Professional Confidence.
