ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
Arabian MEP provides a complete range of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services though highly experienced Engineering & Project Management team fully complying to time, cost and quality requirements of projects.
Qualification Required : Graduate / Post Graduate from any reputed Institute. Around 10 years of experience with 5 years managerial experience, in GCC countries.
Job Description :
Reporting to Chief Financial Officer. Administration Manager supervises Assistant Administration Managers (camps & transport), Labour Welfare Officer, Chief Public Relation Officer, Senior Administration Officer / Administration Officer, Administration Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
All Administration related activities, immigration, visa process, payroll, accounts related issues on admin expenses
Handling matters relating to staff accommodation & Labour camps
Government liaison jobs, attestation, certification, MMUP, QCD, Kharamma and
Compliance with Labour Law.
Managing Transport Department Activities in a professional and economical way
Co-ordinating with Site Admin Officers.
