Waseef, a leading real estate management and marketing company, through its Barwa Al Baraha City project, continues to improve workers’ standard of living in the Industrial Area.

The project covers an area of 1.8million sqm and consists of 64 buildings with a total of 8,576 rooms and a capacity to accommodate 52,000 workers and technicians. These are in addition to a small commercial market suitable for the number of residents residing within the project.

The project, according to a press statement, also contains a variety of service facilities that meet all the daily needs of workers, such as mosques, shops, playgrounds and green spaces, in addition to a number of automated teller machines (ATMs) and a money transfer centre.

These are in addition to spaces for common activities on each floor of the residential buildings and food halls. Also, there are several restaurants, cafes, groceries, electronic stores and barber shops within the small commercial market. In addition, an agreement was recently reached with a health centre for a multispecialty clinic in Barwa Al Baraha. The centre is expected to start operating next month.

Al Majd Road links the city with Mesaieed in the south and Al Khor in the north while passing through G-Ring Road, Salwa Road, Dukhan Road and Al Shamal Road. The project is only 13km away from Doha.

These are while offering spaces for rent at reasonable prices in areas close to their work to meet all their requirements. It contributed to the project’s occupancy reaching a high rate of more than 98% for the residential rooms that were rented to national companies operating in various sectors while bringing the number of residents to nearly 40,000 workers,” the statement said.

Wassef provides many services in the project, which include the comprehensive maintenance of all systems and buildings.
