The Indian embassy has announced that the second repatriation flight for India will leave Doha at 4.30pm on Tuesday.
The Doha-Thiruvananthapuram flight was originally scheduled to fly on May 10, but was cancelled due to "technical reasons" and rescheduled for Tuesday.
The flight is part of the Indian government's Vande Bharat mission to take Indians stranded around the world due to Covid-19 restrictions back home.
On Saturday, the first repatriation flight from Qatar left for Kochi carrying 178 passengers.
Announcing the schedule of the Doha-Thiruvananthapuram flight on its social media pages on Monday, the embassy said flight IX 374 will depart Doha at 4.30pm on Tuesday and arrive in Thiruvananthapuram at 12.40am on Wednesday (both local times).
Meanwhile, the embassy also denied the claims being made on social media regarding the cancellation of Sunday's flight.
“Some media channels are making the baseless claim that IX 374 scheduled from Doha to Thiruvananthapuram on May 10 was cancelled because of differences over landing and handling charges. Nothing could be further from the truth. Please don't encourage such damaging rumours,” the embassy tweeted on Monday.
The second stage of the repatriation mission is expected soon, with Indian ambassador P Kumaran recently saying that they were hoping to have “4-5 flights” in the next phase from Qatar, travelling to more Indian destinations.
