The Ministry of Economy and Commerce (MEC) has announced that registration for participation in the second seasonal market for camping will begin Thursday. The market, which will offer a wide variety of camping supplies in one place, will be held at Al Rifaa Street from October 24 to December 1. Companies that have wide experience in the field are expected to take part in the initiative along with local productive families, who will display their goods at the market.
The initiative supports productive families and entrepreneurs by providing them with space, free of charge, to display and promote their products, the MEC has said in a statement. In addition, the market is hosted in a key location on a big open space, featuring a recreational area and a special area for productive families.
The products to be displayed at the market include tents, portacabins, camping gear and equipment, various travel necessities, generators, carpets, solar power devices, charcoal and cooking tools, among others.
