The Ministry of Interior has announced the Ramadan timings of its departments. The General Directorate of Nationality, Borders and Expatriate Affairs and all its departments will work in two shifts - 8am to 1pm and 9pm to 1am.
The General Directorate of Traffic and all its departments will work in two shifts as well -9am to 2pm and 9pm to 1am.
The Criminal Evidences and Information Department will work as follows: The administrative section and Fingerprint Section at the headquarters and the Fingerprint Section at Industrial Area (for Companies) - 8am to 1pm and 1pm to 6pm.
The Fingerprint Section in other Unified Services Centres will function from 8am to 1pm and 9pm to 1am.

SEC

The Supreme Education Council has issued a new timing for all the schools during Ramadan.

According to the circulars given out by several schools on Tuesday, the schools will function from 9 am to 2 pm from Thursday.

For most of the schools, the academic session will conclude by the end of next week.

PHCC


Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) has announced the working hours for all its departments and health care centres during Ramadan.
The official working hours at the head quarters of PHCC will be from 8 am - 1pm from Sunday to Thursday.
The Health Centres in Doha city, namely Al Rayyan, Madinat Khalifa, Al Muntazah,Umm Ghwailina, Abu Baker Seddiq, Omar Bin Al Khattab and the West Bay will be working from 8am to 1 pm.in the morning shift and from 4 pm to 1am in the evening shift including Fridays and Saturdays.
Dental services at the centres will be from 8 am to1pm in the morning and from 8 pm to 1am (Friday evening shift only) and Saturday (both morning and evening shifts).
Airport Health Centre, Al Gharrafa Health Centre, Mesaimeer Health Centre and Abu Nakhla Health Centre will be operational from 8 am to 1pm in the morning shift and 8pm to 1am in evening shift. Dental services at these centres will be available at the same schedule but will not be available on Fridays and Saturdays.
Al Wakra Health Centre will be working from 8am to 1am (including Friday and Saturday). The dental services will be from 8 am to1pm in the morning shift and from 8 pm to1am in the evening shift (including Friday (evening shift only) and Saturday (both morning and evening shifts).
Al Sheehaniya Health Centre will offer medical services from 8 am to 1 am.(Friday and Saturday from 8 am to 1pm, and from 8 pm to 1am). Dental services will be from 8 am to1pm in the morning shift and 8 pm to 1 am in the evening shift.
Al Khor Health Centre will be open from 8 am to 1 pm in the morning shift and from 4pm to 1am in the evening shift including Friday and Saturday. Dental services will be from 8am to 1pm in the morning shift from 8pm to 1am in the evening shift including Saturdays both morning and evening shifts.
Al Shamal Health Centre will offer medical services from 8 am to 1 pm in the morning shift and from 4pm to 1am in the evening shift including Fridays and Saturdays.Dental services will be open from 8am to 1pm in the morning shift and from 8pm to 1am in the evening shift.
Umm Salal Health Centre and Al Daayen Health Centre will provide medical services from 8 am to1pm in the morning shift and from 4pm to 1am in the evening shift. Dental services will be open from 8am to 1pm in the morning shift and from 8pm to 1am in the evening shift.Both the centres will be closed on Fridays and Saturdays.
Al Ghwairiya Health Centre, Al Jamiliya Health Centre and Umm Bab Health Centre will provide medical services from 8 am to 1 pm in the morning shift and from 4pm to 1am in the evening shift. Dental services at Al Jamiliya Health Centre will be from 8am to 11am on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday as well as from 8pm to 10pm on Sunday and Monday. These centres will be closed on Fridays and Saturdays and will operate on both days according to On Call system.
Al Karaana Health Centre and Al Kaaban Health Centre will operate during the morning shift only from 8 am to 1pm.Dental Services at Al Kaaban Health Centre will operate during the morning shift from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.They will be closed on Fridays and Saturdays
Specialised clinics in health centres inside and outside Doha will be working only in the morning shift from 8am to 1pm.

HMC

 Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) has announced its operating hours for different hospitals and departments during the holy month of Ramadan.

All emergency services across HMC’s network of hospitals will continue to operate 24/7. Hamad General Hospital’s (HGH) Outpatient (OPD) morning clinics will be open from 8 am to 1 pm, Sunday to Thursday. Evening clinics will take place from 8.30 pm to 11.30 pm.

HGH

Satellite pharmacies at HGH’s Pediatric OPD on the second to fourth floor of the hospital will open from 8 am to 1 pm. The main OPD pharmacy located on the ground floor will open from 8 am to 2 pm and from 8.30 pm to 12 am (midnight).

The HGH Phlebotomy (blood test) OPD laboratory will open from 7 am to 2 pm, Sunday to Thursday, and from 8 am to 1 pm on Saturday. For evening clinics, the OPD Laboratory will open from 8:.30 pm to 11.30 pm.

WOMEN’S HOSPITAL

Women’s Hospital OPD will open from 8 am to 1 pm, Sunday to Thursday, and in the evening from 7.30 pm to 10.30 pm, Sunday to Wednesday. Women’s Hospital Pharmacy will continue to operate 24/7.

AL WAKRA HOSPITAL

Al Wakra Hospital’s OPD will open from 8 am to 1 pm (Sunday to Thursday) and will also open 8 pm to 11 pm (Sunday to Wednesday). The OPD pharmacy will have the same timings.

The Obstetrics/Gynecology clinic will open from 8 am to 4 pm (Sunday to Wednesday) and from 8 am to 1 pm on Thursday. Physiotherapy will operate from 8 am to 1 pm (Sunday to Thursday) and from 8 pm to 11 pm on Monday and Wednesday.

CUBAN HOSPITAL

OPD Clinics at The Cuban Hospital will open to patients from 8 am to 1 pm, Sunday to Thursday. Some clinics will have extended hours but patients booked for these clinics will be contacted individually to confirm appointments. After hours emergency dental services for treatment such as emergency dental work and temporary fillings will be available to walk-in patients. The OPD pharmacy will open from 8 am to 1 pm or when any clinics are open. The Emergency Department pharmacy is open at all hours for urgent prescription refills. OPD Clinics at Heart Hospital will operate from 8 am to 1 pm (Sunday to Thursday). There will however be no evening clinics at the hospital throughout Ramadan. Evening clinics will resume on Sunday July 26 from 3.30 pm to 7.30 pm.

AL KHOR HOSPITAL

Al Khor Hospital’s OPD and pharmacy will open from 8 am to 1 pm while the Emergency Department’s pharmacy is operational 24/7.

RUMAILAH HOSPITAL

OPD Clinics and Pharmacy at Rumailah Hospital (RH) will operate a morning shift only from 8 am to 1 pm, Sunday to Thursday. The Dental Clinic will open in the morning from 8 am to 1 pm, and in the evening from 8 pm to 10.30 pm. The Dermatology Clinic will open from 8 am to 1 pm.

RH’s Hands Unit will open from 7 am to 3 pm and from 11 am to 7 pm every day except Monday. The Maxillofacial Unit will operate an evening shift from 8:30 pm to 11 pm from Sunday to Tuesday. The Tuberculosis Clinic will open from 8 am to 5 pm and the DOTS Therapy unit will see patients from 7 pm to 10 pm. There will be no evening clinics at the Psychiatry and Geriatrics departments.

The Physiotherapy Clinic at RH will operate from Sunday to Thursday as follows, National Center for Cancer Care and Research’s (NCCCR) Neuro-Physiotherapy Section (7 am to 3 pm); Male Out-Patient (MOP) Orthopedic Physiotherapy (7 am to 11 pm); and Female Out-Patient (FOP) Physiotherapy (7 am to 3 pm and 5 pm to 12 midnight).

The NCCCR OPD Clinics will open from 8 am to 1 pm every day except Friday and Saturday. The OPD Pharmacy will operate from 8 am to 1 pm daily except on a Friday. The Unit Dose IV Admixture section will open 24/7 while the Chemotherapy section will open from 8 am to 2 pm every day except Friday. The Narcotic section will operate from 8 am to 1 pm daily except on Friday and Saturday. The Day Care Unit will open from 7 am to 3 pm every day except Friday. The OPD evening clinic will be open every Tuesday from 8.30 pm to 11.30 pm.

Patients are encouraged to contact the relevant hospital if they have any inquiries regarding the timings for specific services.

The Referral and Booking Management System (RBMS) will operate from 7 am to 10 pm, Sunday to Thursday. Referrals will be collected as usual from centers throughout Doha and patients will be called to book their first visit appointments.

PATIENT CONTACT CENTER

The Hamad Patient Contact Center (HPCC) will operate from 7 am to 10 pm, Sunday to Thursday and from 10 am to 4 pm on Friday and Saturday. Patients requiring any information can call (+974)44395777 during these times to inquire about or change their appointments. The contact center will continue to make appointment reminder phone calls to patients and will also continue to send mobile text message reminders to patients during Ramadan.
