Continuing its campaign (Make them happy with your Udhiyah), Qatar Charity (QC) has said it is receiving donations until the fourth day of Eid al-Adha (Tuesday), 13 Dhu al-Hijjah, 1443, corresponding to July 12, through its branches and locations located at malls and commercial centres in all regions of Qatar, and through the QC website and application.
QC has urged donors to compete for good and take advantage of the remainder of the blessed 10 days, by donating to reach the most significant possible number of people with limited income inside Qatar, the poor and needy in crisis areas in camps for displaced persons and refugees, those affected by drought and desertification, and the poorest and most vulnerable communities worldwide, to reduce their worsening conditions and alleviate their suffering, and for their sacrifices and alms to reach their beneficiaries on time through Qatar Charity’s offices worldwide and its local partners, a press statement noted.
Those wishing to donate to the campaign can do this quickly, easily and safely through QC’s website and electronic application, and its various digital tools and initiatives on the Qatar Charity website (www.qch.qa/adha) or application (www.qch.qa/app). A 'home collector' can be requested for through the QC application (www.qch.qa/app) and the system will automatically locate the donor on the map, send his request to the nearest 'collector' and receives his donations, or by calling the call centre at 44667711.
Donations can also be made through the headquarters, Qatar Charity branches, collection points and funds spread across the country.
QC’s branches and its collection points, which are in located all regions of Qatar, will receive donations in general, until midnight on the day of Eid al-Adha, and then resume receiving donations from the second day of Eid until the third day of Eid al-Adha from midnight until 10pm, and on the fourth day of Eid al-Adha from midnight until before the Maghrib call to prayer.
