Doha: In preparation for the Holy Month of Ramadan, the Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) has outlined the operational hours for its healthcare services. Across the 31 health centers, the majority will adopt a two-shift system, operating in both the morning and evening.
According to a statement from the PHCC, Family Medicine and Support Services will be available from Sunday to Thursday, with hours from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, and from 4:00 pm to 12:00 am. Al Wakra Health Center will remain open continuously from 8:00 am to 12:00 am.
Dental care services within these centers will follow a similar schedule, operating in two shifts on weekdays - from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm in the morning, and from 7:00 am to 12:00 am in the evening.
For health centers located outside Doha, the operating hours will be as follows:
- Al Karaana Health Center: Two shifts - morning from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, and evening from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
- Al Jumailiya Health Center: Two shifts - morning from 8:00 am to 11:00 am, and evening from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
- Al Kaaban and Leghwairiya Health Centers: One shift only, from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Urgent Care Services will be available across 11 health centers, operating around the clock. Centers such as Al Ruwais, Umm Salal, Muaither, Al Mashaf, and Al Sadd will cater to both adults and children, while others like Gharrafat Al Rayyan, Al Sheehaniya, Abu Bakr Al Siddiq, Rawdat Al Khail, Al Kaaban, and Al Karaana will focus solely on adult services.
