Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of Interior (MoI) has issued a warning, emphasizing that capturing accident photos under unauthorized conditions constitutes a violation of privacy laws and may lead to legal consequences.
In a social media post, MoI stated, "Adhering to laws reflects your awareness and preserves the rights of others."
The Ministry referred to Article 333 of the Penal Code, which outlines that "whoever illegally intrudes into another person’s private life without their consent shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years and/or a fine not exceeding QR10,000."
