Municipalities conduct more checks ahead of holy month of Ramadan

Umm Slal Municipality’s Health Control Section has intensified its inspection campaigns on the various food facilities within its jurisdiction as part of the preparations ahead of the holy month of Ramadan.

The recent campaign resulted in issuing 36 violation reports and the administrative closure of four food outlets for violating the rule of hygiene and health.

Al Daayan Municipality’s General Control Section in co-operation with the Internal Security Forces (Lekhwiya) has conducted an inspection campaign to spot violations related to public cleaning.

It resulted in issuing 38 violations of public hygiene law.

In addition, 188 warning notices were placed on abandoned vehicles, directing their owners to remove them within a certain period.
