Doha: The Government Health Communication Center of Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) can be contacted for any inquiry, feedback, or questions related to Ehteraz App or the status of Ehteraz app or other health services through the website link here.
The queries will be answered within 24 hours during working days, MoPH said in a statement.
The form requires user to fill in details of the problem or feedback along with the QID and other details. There is also an option to upload a screenshot or file.
Answers to common questions related to Ehteraz App can also be found within the App itself or by calling 16000. Technical questions can be answered by calling 109.
