The Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs (MADLSA) has reiterated its advice to families to avoid dealing with unlicensed nurseries for their children. According to a ministry tweet, such unlicensed nurseries are hazards for children where they face risks of accidents and infectious diseases due to the lack of safety and security conditions and standards.
MADLSA pointed out that the relevant licence aims at offering comprehensive care services for children registered under each nursery and a suitable environment to develop their skills. Through another tweet, the MADLSA has issued a number of recommendations for families when hiring workers from cleaning companies.
Families have been urged to ensure that only one worker should come to the house, and wear a face mask during the whole duration of work. Besides, Ehteraz app of the worker should display the green healthy status code and sanitise his or her hands by washing frequently.
