Inshore winds are forecasted to be northwesterly at 5 to 15 knots, gusting to 25 knots during thundery rains. Offshore, the wind is expected to be northwesterly at 12 to 22 knots, gusting to 30 knots during thundery rains.
Visibility is anticipated to range from 04 to 08 kilometers, decreasing to 3 kilometers or less during thundery rains.
The sea state inshore is expected to be between 3 to 5 feet, while offshore sea conditions are projected to range from 3 to 7 feet, rising to 10 feet during thunder rains.
