He joined Marriott Hotels as an assistant sous chef in 1998 at Marble Arch Marriott Hotel London (UK), climbing up in his career through different Marriott properties such as Amsterdam Marriott Hotel (the Netherlands), Renaissance Zurich Hotel (Switzerland) and Ghent Marriott Hotel (Belgium) where he reached up to the position of executive chef.
In March 2011, he took up the position of director of Food & Beverage at Heidelberg Marriott Hotel in Germany. Thereafter, he got promoted to the director of Operations position at Stuttgart Marriott Hotel Sindelfingen |(Germany) and previously worked in Warsaw Marriott Hotel (Poland) as the director of Operations.
